At Kidichic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account on the Kidichic website, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.
Pack the Items
Place the unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and price tags are securely attached to the items.
Ship to Kidichic
Drop off your package at any authorized courier point or visit one of our physical boutique locations to hand over the return in person.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
